Plants are born directly from the womb of the mother, that is why they carry her wisdom.
There are different degrees of separation from the earth. The plants are at zero, the animals at one, the humans at two.
Mother Earth is the creator in the physical manifestation and she created humans to create too. But the degree of separation required for this was risky. No matter what, it was imperative that humans remained connected to the earth or they would become dangerous to themselves and others, with equal power to destroy as to create.
We are a creation who can create. Imagine what incredible beauty we could create if we were connected. She understands destruction and decay very well, but the way she does it is in balance. As we have become disconnected, we have lost the knowledge of keeping the balance.
To create beauty and balance again we must remember that she is us and we are her.
So stand with your feet on the earth, take time to be in silence with her, and you and I will remember.
